King City Games (“we”, “us”) runs this website, kingcitygames.com, and our store at 401 S. 10th St, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and what you bought, so we can fulfil your order, arrange shipping or local pickup, and contact you about it.
• Your account: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
• Payments: card payments are processed by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe. Your full card number is sent directly to the payment processor and is never stored on our website.
• Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and message, so we can reply to you.
• Technical information: like most websites, our servers record your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use this to keep the site secure and working properly.

Cookies

We use cookies that the store needs to work: to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in, and remember your session during checkout. We also use cookies from the services listed below for security, bot protection and visitor statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.

Services we use

We share information with these service providers only as needed for them to do their job for us:

• Jetpack (WordPress.com): anonymous visitor statistics and protection against login attacks.
• Wordfence: website security and firewall, which records IP addresses of visitors to detect attacks.
• Email delivery service: sends order confirmations and replies to your messages.
• Shipping carriers: receive your name and shipping address when we ship an order to you.
• Google Fonts: provides some of the fonts used on this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you. If you have an account, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your account details and order history in My account. You can also ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, except where we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
