While the action of millions of gallons of water going over an inclined series of rocks doesn’t sound too relaxing, waterfalls, with their hypnotic “White Noise”, have a relaxing effect on us. The fact that many are set in spectacularly beautiful and tranquil locations like forests and jungles also associates them with tranquility and relaxation. Deep in the jungles of east central Thailand, near the border with Laos, is the Tham Pha Daen Temple in Sakon Kahon Province. Nearby in the forest are among the most beautiful waterfalls in the world. Similar to the beautiful waterfalls of Thailand such as Man Daeng and Erawan Waterfalls, many of the same elements that make these beautiful scenes also make them beautiful puzzles.
